include: all patients are seen by a Board Certified Dermatologist (Dr.
Karl Trimble), staff members are trained and dedicated to providing
respectful service, and early detection and treatment of skin cancer are
a major focus at Dixie Dermatology. Mohs Surgery (microscopic-controlled
cancer removal) is available. This form of skin cancer treatment
provides the highest cure rate while simultaneously minimizing the
amount of healthy skin removed. Cosmetic services offered emphasize
maximum “therapeutic window”, i.e., the greatest benefit with

Dr. Trimble is a graduate of Dixie State College (Valedictorian) and Southern Utah State University. Following medical school and two residencies (Internal Medicine and Dermatology), he served as a dermatologist in the United States Air Force, most recently as Chief of Dermatology at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Dr. Trimble is honored to return and serve the people of southern Utah. | |
